saying paki is fine.

its when its used in conjuction with another word to make it into a racial slurr.

ie. hes a white guy.

or

hes a white cunt.

same applies for :

hes a paki.

or

hes a paki cunt.

Yes, although it's not true

If I was to walk up to a black man and call him a nigger he wouldn't laugh because it wasn't followed by the word cunt. He would knock me out.

the word "nigger" derives from the days when they were used as slaves on boat/ships - so this itself is offensive.

if you called him nigerian/african/jamaican - would he knock you out?

if you used "cunt" in conjuction with any of those words, then surely he'd knock you out.

You are completely missing the point. The word cunt is not racist, the word nigger is. He would knock me out because I called hi ma cunt, not an African cunt. Calling someone African isnt racist, neither is African cunt.
