i just got back from the ring and was about to post this up for you guys, track was shut most of the weekend because of accidents, the track was madly busy due to the weather and it being a bank holiday today in Germany

You may appreciate the resulting laps more but I cant stand queing like a lemon plus I'm too much of a shitcut on track and would make a mistake on a corner and want to try it again... and again and again.
The drinks/people in the evening is prob one aspect I would enjoy though.
3CM/John - At least we are clear on one fact - they'll both be quicker than any shitbox you'll ever own
The queuing is one of the reasons I've not been back. When I bought an 8 lap ticket and was only able to use 6 of those laps over the whole 3 days because it was too busy / track closures / queues etc... and when I got out there it was pandemonium ... that was when I gave it a rest.
... However, if you combine the weekend with mid week, you can see how crazy it is on weekends - get the busy town and spectate etc... but also get to have quiet tracks in the week to do some serious clean laps.
Seriously AK, I can understand why you think it'll be as it is, but really you've missed out on a cool experience (providing you go with a good group) - it's like people who go to isle of man tt or lemans, it's an experience.
So May 2012? Who's in?

Don't know how true it is but I was told yesterday that polycarb front windows aren't going to be allowed next year. I know that would affect a few of the regulars.
I lack a passport, money, time and a road legal car to take, other than that I'm all over it
AK doesn't want to go because he likes falling off tracks for the lols, but he doesn't want to have to payout thousands of pounds for the privilege

Without making too many excuses the roadworks are clearly highlighted on the giant led track map as you go through the gate

That assumes you know the track like the back of your hand though, otherwise you'll just be going slowly everywhere 'just in case'?

Stocker. It's where other people are in the background and behind where the photo was taken which is funny. To much booze. You had be there really.

I love it.
Me and my mate both want to do a trackday next year though. It's alot of money for 1 day but everyone who's done it says it's 10x better than TF. So it's gotta be done.
