Bit of a mix for me.

Sometimes I'll make something at home, a lot of the time if I'm out on site somewhere I just eat loads when I get home, and other times I just eat nothing at all...

actually also had a thought, when I pop into town for dinner its about 1.5 mile round trip and I have to go over 4 or 5 solid speed bumps when I leave and return..

so I'm saving £20 a month petrol and my suspension
