Not much of an update, been holding off doing anything to the car till the weather gets better.

Yeah I guess it's a bit bright. I think when I come to fit my GSI skirts and arches I will matt most of the extra parts on my car

Just got this through the post today, Flexi cold air feed pipe 8 quid and it can be flexed into any possition and it's 1 meter in length

Fitted the Air feed during my lunch break, but will need cutting or adjusting to fit better.Plan is to cut down the air box more so it just shields the front and side nearest the engine.

About a 10min job,


Found out that the diameter of the hole in the morette is the same as the pipe.

So with the ridges, I manged to twist it into the housing. It's held in well.

Test Fitted the Feed intake cap.

Personally don't think it's that bad, I know people will moan anyway. Tough, i'm going to get a light if and when I can. :laugh:
