I agree with you completely mate, Shaun can do what he wants with his car. At the end of the day if he chucked a let in a low model shell he'll only then have to find a decent Gsi kit/interior to get it how he wants it, everything's there on the Gsi  .

Loom is all tidied and ready to go, pics of that tomorrow! pics of the engine as it arrived! I will be cleaning it up before it gets fitted. All mounts are new aswell, and come with bigblock shafts/hubs

Yes this GSI is getting a c20let.
Engine/box will be painted up tonight and then work shall commence this week and aim to be done by sunday

you dont hold back like and at least the original engine is going in another GSI.
hope all gose well looking forward to watching this build this GSI has put my insparation back into cars and wanting to build a original gsi with very few mods now

Started earlier by cleaning/painting up the F20 gearbox ready to be fitted this week..
Then removed the ECU and loom from drivers footwell, and proceeded to remove a few bits from the engine bay:
Engine is now ready to be dropped out, gave it a clean after this pic but started going dark so isnt great. Front bumper/headlights are also ready to be taken off but that will be last minute before engine comes out to keep neighbours happy
