thought i spotted him running over on saturday but the cameras cut away. looks like he had the best care right from the start what with the multiple paramedics and the heart doctor. hope that gives him a better chance but i'm still preparing myself for the worst.
theres a bolton fans forum that i go on and they are trying to organise a tribute for saturdays blackburn game (if it goes ahead) in the form of a huge banner or mosaic. nobody seems to know how the get the ball rolling with it though. Plus it might be in bad taste as his condition will no doubt change before the weekend.

From SSN
"doctors treating Fabrice Muamba say he is showing small signs of improvement".
The Bolton Midfielder remains in a critical condition in the London Chest Hospital's intensive care unit after suffering a cardiac arrest during Saturday's FA Cup tie at Tottenham.
But the latest bulletin - released jointly by Bolton and the hospital trust - read: "His heart is now beating without the help of medication and he is also moving his arms and his legs.
"however, his long-term prognosis will remain unclear for some time. He is still critaclly ill and will continue to be closely monitored and treated by staff"
Guess thats positive although it's only a small improvement.

If the boy can just walk and talk again it will be brilliant news. Anything else is a bonus.

"Fabrice Muamba can recognise family and breathe independently, his hospital and his club Bolton confirm in a joint statement. "
recognising people is a massive encouragement, thats one of the first signs of brain damage
