Makes our nailing of them at home and the near win at their palce look great theyll be a good euroopean force in the coming seaosns if they can keep it up, first year in CL is always tough (Citeh for example) but they need to keep their players./ We were very storngly linked with Gotze but the bastard signed a new contratc

QPR would be good for him but as he keeps saying he wont be going to a lower club. If Spurs dont want him then i can see him taking a year out until he needs some cash again.

Villa is a good shout. Bent and Owen could be decent.

If he could stay fit I still think he could do a decent job.

I would be surprised if any big prem team are going to offer him a normal contract. I would expect them to be appearance based contracts with a very very minimal base salary. Taking him on a full contract could also cost your medical team a lot of money

He's another one who could disappear into obscurity.
As I said before, hadn't seen much of him as I don't make the matches, and Crewe aren't on sky, but he looks like he's got it from the last couple of matches, although did look like he was believing his own hype a bit and being greedy on Wednesday when he should of been playing people in.
Hopefully he'll go to Arsenal, and loaned back to us, Arsenal will keep him developing. Arguably Crewe would just as much, but obviously we can't offer training with world class players!
I'd be surprised if people werent in for Ajay leitch-smith after his performances in the playoffs, not prem, but he looked easily good enough for a level or two up

He's just 18, but the brightest prospect we have had since Ashton. Some people say hes better than Ashton was at 18, but they are completley different players. Nick is a attacking midfielder/second striker, and very creative whereas Ashton was a target man who seemed to have it all.
Hope he doesnt go Chelsea or Liverpool. Everton would be the best place for him IMO, think he will end up at Arse or United though.
Edit- He knows the Arsenal way, he's been at Crewe for 11 years

Wont be anything to do with Gradi now, he's only incharge of the academy. I think you will be dissapointed, we will football Chaltenham to death on Wemblys big pitch, their team of journeymen are no match for our team of future internationals
Edit- interesting fact! Nick powell's family are all Cheltenham fans.

Who's after him? I haven't heard anything about anyone chasing him. Players only usually put in requests when a move is lined up
