Really suits not having a spoiler. If you're thinking of getting one, don't do it!!!

When the spoiler came off so it could be prepped to go on the new boot, I was unsure because I thought it looked very smooth but it doesn't look street enough for me without the spoiler

Thing is mate even thou its a good finish on my arches, its still the wrong colour. Took a picture this morning so you can see what I mean
It turns out the guy who did it, rattle canned them matt black and then used the gun to do the lacquer which got the good finish. This is why the whole car needs a hit and it will sort out other little blemishs/rust spots on the body

More work on the Corsa today and this evening, finally getting the last parts into primer and paint
New lugs put onto the customs GSi bumper
The side skirts have needed a lot of work, but will be worth it
Here she is finally ready in primer
Finally the boot ready for paint
Hopefully by Thursday evening, everything will be in paint and on the car ready for Modified Nationals

I've got the standard GSI grill with an Opel badge for the top and very small holed black mesh for the lower, so you wont really see it very clearly anyway

Thanks mate, I think its a one off from what I've seen - most people tend to smooth off the numberplate recess and line, where as I've kept it and taken out the line & fogs
So here she is, fully in paint and being put back together!!
More pictures to come tomorrow, once she has had a full flat & polish and exterior detial

Thanks Dan, paintwork is still letting it down but once it goes back in for the full hit it really will do the custom kit work justice

So first thing Thursday morning, whilst taking the wheels off to do a bit of calliper & hub painting, we decided the wheels needed a kick refurb...24 hours before leaving for Modified Nationals!!
Finally ready and on show at Modified Nationals
The bodywork isnt perfect, as I've had panels done at different times by different bodyshops and not everthing matches. Hopefully before PVS she will get another flat and polish on the major obviously spots and then later on this year a full hit

Looking good. Your cars always bloody shiney in pics. If its like my car it looks good in pics but up close in person it has small imperfections. I do like the smooth bumpers though. Mine and your cars will be parked together at pvs i should imagine being the only few black b's on the stand.

Thanks Ben I have my own stand a PVS for the Vauxhall's from LN Customs, so I wont be showing with CS.
This is why I want a full respray mate, it looks good in photos but yes there's imperfections all over it which you can see in the bright sun and when its on show. I'm also now debating a colour change, nothing to outragous as I dont want to loose the clean OE look, but something a bit more "showy" lol
