She past mot today with an advise on ARB drop link rubbers. only done 353 miles since last year!
after a phone call got the insurance down to £437! thats with all mods listed. so taxed for another year now. time to save up for the parts to get the air con working again.

been searching for an astra g f23 gearbox since building the car and finally found one last weekend! £50!!
bit grubby but a quick blast with the steam cleaner and a soak in tfr sorted that out.
saving up for a new quaiffe atb diff now before i put it in.

ooh that`s a nice exhaust manifold and a set of tb`s someones feeling flash! can`t wait to see how that little lot improves your engine performance.

not going to be massive power, around 200bhp once its finished. will need to raise compression ratio to 11:1 and maybe fit larger profile cams to get there.
not going to push it as far as the x20xev in my B.

very similar only it has stronger internals good for 400bhp.
saab run them at 210bhp standard tune from factory.
same base engine as the z22se.
