Last update for the year I think.
Went to a BMW meeting yesterday in Spalding.
370 miles all together, due to driving to Peterborough and Derby as well as Humber Bridge before that
Overall had loads of laughs.
Police that turned up was sound, even put the blues on when we asked
Not planning to do anything this year, apart from oil change that is due.
Next year, depending how soon I buy a house:
-De-cat
-Re-new suspension
-Tidy up my sub installation
-M sport bumpers if I can find them at decent price
-Maybe slight tint on windows
-Refurbish wheels
-Do something with rear ride height(higher than front)
-Sort out paint work.
-Hids/Xenons

Why did the police turn up? And why do people get so excited by them/pose for pics infront of them like they're some kind of exotica?
Car looked nice up until you put those shit wheels on.

some old man reported us for causing nuisance policeman was sound and we were having a bit of fun
If you mean the wheels I put on today then they are my "winter wheels" with winter tyres (well, M+S).

Just rear. I am happy with ride height at front and this should sort out the height at back.
Looking at price of new I think I got a bargain at £150 delivered from Ireland.

Dropped in at a mates garage today.
Had a puncture repair done.
Also a cat converter I have dropped off last friday has been cut, gutted and re-welded.
Put car on a ramp and noticed that turbo looks fairly new - bonus.
Anyway cat came out no drama apart from one bolt needed some heat applying to it.
New cat in and all done.
All work cost me £50 and cat was £35. Should be able to sell mine for £100
While on ramp we had a look at all suspension components.
One inner track rod end needs doing at some point. That's it!
Took it for a spin and OMG the difference is amazing!
In new year will be getting middle box( x2 ) replaced with straight pipes!

Well Have been doing a lot of wheeling dealing this week and decided to do the following:
Sell :
-Eibach springs
-Bilstein shocks
-rear KW coilovers
buy
BC racing or D2 coilovers.
Also in a month or two time should be ordering a DVD/sat nat unit that replaces the stock head unit but is same shape so it looks OEM.
so watch this space.
