No it's more like wearing a rubber whilst banging your mistress in the back of your car; you could go bareback but you risk giving 'something' to your wife and in turn her finding out you're cheating.

You're simply doing risk limitation by precaution. And that's what Angelina Jolie did.

You are wrong. Following AJ's example, I should have had my cock removed, after banging my "mistress".

Imo this thread was just going to be about people giving her respect, and those people won't be giving it any thought next week, while she has the rest of her life to live with it.

Some people disagreed then the people who want to show respect feel they need to convince everyone else she deserves respect.

Its not like she has helped anyone, or saved someone, she had her own tits removed for her own reasons. Does anyone care if their neighbour is going through the same? no, they probably don't even know their neighbours name, instead we sit on computers pretend caring about someone famous in a different country.

May as well joke about it imo i don't even have tits and i reckon the jokes will have the same effect as the respect (zero)

The level of anti social views depicted in this thread are either the result of serious issues or serious trolling.
In either case any effort to argue against it is a complete waste of time.

Seems to me as if some cynical Internet people that love shouting 'bandwagon' and 'trolling' have become the very thing they seem to think they are the e-police of.

Steve and 3CM are the internet version of Goth's. Try so hard to be different all they do is blend in with the rest of the weirdo's.

I wonder how many of the opinions in here would be expressed in public during a normal conversation.....

Public? Normal conversation? I think you're overestimating some people there...

Any other website I would be highly offended by some of the comments, but on here it doesn't bother me.

Fair play to her though, some choice to make.

We should take preemptive measures like removing Steve and 3CM to prevent them happening in the first place. As it stands there's a 100% chance of another thread like this happening again whilst they remain in place.

There's a lot of stigma attached when people's bodies aren't 'as they should be' which is why I think for a person with her exposure (and don't get me wrong, the same would apply to anyone from any walk of life), I imagine it was an extremely difficult and harrowing decision for her and I do believe that the last thing on her mind as she went under anaesthetic was 'this will do my career a huge favour'.

This thread would of been 1 page long of the same or similar posts rewritten in peoples own words if it wasn't for people like Me, Steve and Ben.

Woman on BBC website makes a good point.

If you were told there was an 87% chance of your plane coming down, you wouldn't get on the flight.
