If you disagree with homosexuality you are ignorant.
And as such you must be of lower intelligence?
I just see it as its been accepted by popular culture now so therefore the PC brigade say you MUST accept it

Of course it's a stereotype. And let's just be clear, I don't mind that you're against homosexuals. Being ignorant and unintelligent is just as much a basic human right as wanting to snuggle with people of your own gender.
You could prove me wrong though and break the stereotype if you present some good intelligent arguments that homosexuals shouldn't be accepted by society.

Why must it be accepted though? And why is it ignorant or unintelligent to not accept it?
Is it purely a social thing... Whereas socially it was unacceptable to be gay in the 70s and now it is? And as that was mainstream thinking thats how it should be?

I never said it must be accepted. On the contrary.
It's ignorant and unintelligent to refuse to accept something on the grounds that you don't understand it or don't like it.
You don't have to understand or like homosexuals. You just have to realise that they have zero influence on your life. Why should you accept them? Because there's not a single damned argument not to.
What do you mean if it's a social thing? Since the 70's gays have become not only socially accepted, but politically and religiously as well. I mean, even the Pope has said it's their own life and they can do what they want with it. How backwards do you have to be to have a more conservative attitude than the friggin Pope?
