The U.K has a population of 70 million people roughly, the chances that I would be there at the time are indeed very slim.  I feel you have again missed the point of my reply to you're question. 'How does this make her a criminal'... She has partaken in a criminal act (of which there is also evidence I might add) that is how that makes her a criminal.
