How does that work? Say if my mate came over and we both went online, we can only go in on my username? Do we both earn points towards my XP or is it completely seperate from the single player online?

probably get points towards your xp from the first player not the second

Them RC cars look well daft as well as being annoying, what a stupid, gimmicky killstreak.

It's also laggy still, I've been shot round a corner several times which is rage-inducing.

Aside from that I'm liking all the maps I've played on, (apart from Nuketown) Radiation is massive and looks great.

There's also a suprising amount of recoil on the guns, which I wasn't expecting.

Yeah in the videos from Xbox for weeks now, there looked to be very little recoil.

I tend to fire in short bursts to preverve ammo incase anyone else happens to come running after you've killed someone(which is nearly all the time) but it doesn't seem to work as your first couple of bullets hit then the next few go way over their head

If you hold down the trigger for longer you have time to pull the aim back to where you need it whilst still fireing.

HC is just as good, so much better than normal games. One burst with the M16 in HC and their down.

I've just installed this on PC.

TBH, it dont run great...and i think i might need to upgrade

My PC doesnt miss a beat with COD2, MW, WAW or MW2....but, on Black Ops, there's some serious lag/stuttering.

Current spec is:

Intel e8400
Nvidia 8800GT
2GB RAM

TBH, i've been waiting for this day to arrive...but, i thought it would be the release after Black Ops which would force me into an upgrade.

Current PC is 2 and a half years old, so i should have expected it tbh.

Yeah, the FAMAS was my gun in MW2, in this one its rubbish.
I don't mind the AK74u but its recoil ruins its range and I like to kill from range rather than up close.

Anyone know if you can filter games by locale like in waw?

I think it needs working on, several people in my games today had American accents, plus one guy was speaking in what sounded like Vietnamese/Thai

yeah you can,when in the pre-game lobby(before searching for a game) press the back button(xbox),and change it there,although im still getting french and americans with the filter on.

sused out the maps abit on core last night and tonight then jumped on hardcore!

always played mw2 on hardcore so good to get back to the one/ish shot kills for everyone rather than the bullshit pump half a mag into someone for them to turn round and one shot kill you carry on
