The camera will always underexpose the snow. Even with +0.3 you can still come up short by almost 1 stop.

Mines the opposite since getting repaired will always tend to overexpose stuff so the skys tend to always be blown unless ihave it set to -0.3 but then again the rest of my settings probably dont help as i have the contrast, saturation and sharpness set to nearly the highest possible as thats just the type of images i prefer.
