I'm hoping that some of you others are gonna post 30 day results...
However I wouldn't be surprised if it was just me and cosmo doing it
I spoke to my mate who i gave a dvd to, he was like 'yeh i've missed a few days here and there'...
Then I said 'What did you think of plyometrics'...
he said 'Oh i never got that far'.
Plyometrics is day 2 so basically he tried the first day and gave up

I must admit Ive tried to stick to it as much as possible. Ive stuck to the workouts almost perfectly, missed the odd Ab Ripper and thats about it. I never did add in more cardio consistently (have done the odd extra) due to a total lack of time in the last few weeks, but hopefully I can do in Phase 2 and 3.
As for diet Ive been fairly good. Ive cut out the crap almost completely. Not had anything extremely bad to eat now for the whole time Ive been on it. Ive even managed to not drink a couple of times whilst watching the footy, although have had a few times where I have drank whilst its been on - considering I was drinking most nights before I went on this its not too bad!! Plus I modified the diet a little to add in an extra amount of carbs as wanted them in the morning and after workout.
The excess fat certainly hasnt melted off, but Ive lot a fair amount I think (going to weigh myself in a minute so will see how much). Pretty much everyone who knows me has mentioned something about looking like Ive lost weight, even though most dont know Im doing this.

You fucking hammered that fat mate and got some good size gains. Imagine how much better it would have been though if you stuck to it to a tee!

Shoulders are def bigger, not sure the pics show it. Other than that I dont really notice any size gain, can easily check as got measurements from before though.

The first phase, from the pics Ive seen, hardly ever show more than some weight loss as thats what its meant to do.
Phase 2 and 3 is when you eat bigger, and the workouts are more size building.

No, I didnt take it as a criticism, just explaining about the 3 phases as not sure if you've read the P90X docs or seen it mentioned in hiere the specifics of the 3 phases.

I am looking forward to the next phase though, had a quick scan of the vids for them and it looks a bit more intensive which will be good as I was lifting a lot more from when I first started this last lot of workouts and will be nice to mix it up a bit.

Cosmo - They're good results for you too. You can see the weight loss but more definition in the upper body.

Thats 14lbs lost in those pics from the first, 15st 6lbs down to 14st 6lbs.
If I drop another stone or so over the next 60 days whilst adding bulk I'll be happy with that come the 90th day.

Most of the workouts are about an hour, the yoga is 90mins.
You also have a 15min Ab Ripper after 3 of the workouts.
