I'd say that takes balls but it's clearly better without.

WTF reversing without corrections? Guess that is some auto-guidance compensating thing? No way you could do that manually.

There's a few interviews with Directors/Creators and they say it's all 'live' action footage (so what you see is what happened) and done in a single take.
It's apparently to demonstrate Volvo's new ultra-accurate steering system.

It'd make sense for them to do it reversing.
If they did it going forwards and he fell...could be deadly. Although he'll obvs be harnassed but you know what H&S are like these days. Idk.

Looks to be only the one on the left that actually turns.
Don't know anything about trucks, but they don't look the same, either. The way the trailer/back is attached doesn't look the same on both.
What I mean is, the one that turns looks like it doesn't bend behind the driver cabin, which I'd assume would make reversing much easier!?

Balling; yep, the one which moves away from centre is a fixed axle truck; the one which maintains its course is an articulated truck.

Never noticed that, too busy watching him not fall off, yes the one of the left is a rigid.
Still impressed the artic doesn't need to make corrections though. Even one truck going straight backwards is impressive, never mind moderating the gap like that.
