tbh, it's a pretty shit photo. But it's the first picture I've took in a while that hasn't been for a purpose, i.e. christmas or birthdays.

I had to use my 70-300mm to get the camera as far away as possible. Should have cloned out the tripod to let the head scratching begin.

yeah, the building wasn't actually in focus, i was losing light/no tripod which meant a wide aperture. should have made it wider though to blur it properly, oh well

not as long as you'd think cavey! the train was pure chance, i was on my way back to office after having nipped to a quick job, thought "this looks nice" and had a snap, the train was a bonus as i hadn't really waited for it to come past, although another did come afew minutes later too going the other way i found out the trains go each way every 15 minutes though so not as rare of an occurence as you might first think glad it worked out that way though

Spot Metering, F8, base ISO, Tripod, remote.
Shot RAW to give maximum processing power.

# Shutter Speed Value (APEX) = 6643856/1000000
# Shutter Speed (Exposure Time) = 1/100 second
# Aperture Value (APEX) = 6/1
# Aperture = ƒ/8
# Exposure Bias (EV) = 0/6 ===> 0
# Max Aperture Value (APEX) = 50/10 ===> 5
# Max Aperture = ƒ/5.66
# Metering Mode = spot (3)
# Light Source / White Balance = unknown (0)
# Flash = Flash did not fire

So, it was set on aperature preference?, and that did the shutter speed auto? Or am I completely confused?
