Wicked car Nic, Funny yet interseting write up too. Didn't read it all as i couldn't be arsed. I can't stop watching the youtube vids they're proper funny and it sounds crazy. Love showing my mate this as all he does is waffle on about his smelly French 306 Rallye which is pants and slow. Get some more vids up. Keep up the good work. 10 out of 10.

i try to write it the way id tell someone it if that makes sense. i dont exactly take anything too seriously. might get some vids tomorrow when me and my good mate slick are going to set the boost in gears up hopefully as it will involve a lot of ass kicking in the first 4 gears.

How does it know what gear you are in then Nic? Or does it guess by looking at how fast you are going?

have to input number of teeth on abs ring, also rolling radius of wheel then you use.....
x speed at x rpm = gear x.
always keeping the rpm the same you teach it at what rpm what gear is then it works it out. although where we went wrong the other night it has a % correction in and thats set at 40 for some reason. maybe wants to be 2-3% as it couldnt work out when i was in 3rd or 4th. need to play about with it.

apexi does it same way. just rather use the ecu to do most stuff as ecu does boost control already. change the map, it changes boost when you turn the map switch. tis grand. sadly launch control and traction control isnt on it yet as emerald are doing a software upgrade for them at some point. will get them working when they do.

few things 4wd mostly beat me. 12.0 isnt that much of a big deal in 4wd world unlike fwd being pretty decent.
