Neither do I.
Did it once, but I normally shift my 'rest' day from a Sun to a Sat as dont normally have the time on a Sat for a workout.

well just dun this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_2b-TejrFs&feature=related
impressed enuff to add it into my weekly routine, maybe Twice a week for now!
only problem,a lot of the excises required supleness, especally the stright leg actions which i havent had since in my teens haha
so i had slightly bend legs on sum excises.
can defo feel it tho!

yea I often have bent legs Adge
Although I can now keep up with them throughout all, I dont even have to walk up my legs any more... just go straight for the toe.
It's good, it's 3 times a week on standard p90x... Core synergistic does some similar things that work more of the core muscles... worth checking that out. Also there is a ab ripper x PLUS - which is more intense.
p90x overall is a good well rounded routine... I've learnt a lot of things, that I could do without having to watch the vid... when I eventually finish I'll probably just do a mini set of some of the mto keep in shape.

Been keeping an eye on this thread waiting for outcomes before i ploughed into it as, like Marc, i was a skeptical by the Youtube vids. But it's looking pretty damn good, seems like you lot have dropped a fair amount of blubba and have gained good amounts of muscle. Atleast with the Clown being of similar build, albeit 8lbs lighter, i know what my outcome should roughly be.
By the way, what's the plan once the 90 days are up? Are you lot planning to carry on the P90x or move to a more relaxed workout?

I plan on tailoring my own work out roughly 3 days a week, with a day inbetween to sustain it a bit...
but aiming for another hard effort on the run up to the summer (note my first p90x will finish just after new year)...

Dom - if you're similar to my size then you'll notice the gains over the 30 days if you stick to it. I wish Id of added in more cardio along with it (not just for extra weightless but general health) but happy enough with the results given I know I'll easily drop another stone or so over the next 8weeks. Ive also cheated somewhat with the drinking and the extra carbs in the first stage (my Phase 1 diet was near enough what Phase 2 will be).
As for whats happening after - I'll have to see how this goes. If it gets good results then I may do a secound round as many have done, or even the doubles one which is harder again. Or I may decide to keep some of the workouts and mix it up with some gym work too.
