i was looking forward to an updated BF2 game with the same kind of structure.. but this is just like BFBC2 which isnt bad just didnt really keep my interest too long.

You've only played the alpha for a minimal amount of time

you can't make a judgement on the full game until you've played it.

My personal wishlist would be:

No rush mode

Removal of the COD style 'perks' (body armour, deadlier bullets etc) that they introduced in BC2

Change the HUD display and colours so it doesn't look as much like BC2

agreed..

danny, yes i have played the alpha for a limited time, but the way the scoring system works means its goin to be nothing like BF2 where you had to spend x hours flying a chopper etc to gain ranks.. its going to be just like BC2, like i said not a bad thing but to me BF3 should be an updated BF2 not an updated BC2, tbh it just feels like BC3 not BF3.

An updated BC2 sounds great to me.

Getting rid of rush mode would be crap.

totally agree with all them, i hate rush, no one seems to play it as an objective, it reminds me of COD when i play, everyone running around like mad.

Not to me as I thought BC2 was a big disappointment compared to the first game. I disliked the changes they made to the class system and most of the maps (the ones it shipped with anyway) were shit.

As for rush mode I have no problem with it of itself, I just think it should stay in Bad Company not in the main series. I feel the same way about conquest mode in BC. it shouldn't be there.

I cant understand how people have reached level 50! Some people seem to have prestiged too? I'm guessing thats what the number in a white box is anyway. It takes far too long to level up

that number in white box is something to do with the previous battlesfield games you've owned, i looked it up.

but i've seen people with the number 14 in their box

well i've played for something like 360hrs and on level 45, when i checked online it estimated i'd need to play another 120hrs i think to get to level 50
