Are you asking if Cyclone is going to be ok for your workout?

If so then yes.

Maximuscle stuff is terrible, its the most expensive and produced by nestle - more sugar and shit than protein in it lol.

If its there use it, but dont mix it with milk as the servings are already calorie heavy without the milk.

paul, you're arms look a lot bigger.

my biceps are a little bigger than yours are now, but i do weigh 12 st 7lb's.

not really fat, dunno where the weight is

i haven't done much recently due to injuring my back playing football and also have a bad cold, so i feel like crap

seems like a good weight loss though for one months home training.

I still can't do anything physical, or I would have given this a shot, my mate has got a dvd on it's way and he's going to have a right good go and I'll keep my eye on his progress.

I'll be there shouting at him, making him cry like a baby and bleed from his ears...

Then he'll just stand up and kick my bad knee and all will be jovial. Ya hahaha

Ok I got the nutrition guide printed off today and I've started to go through it, god it's hard work You have to "bring it" just to figure out what you need to eat.

This thread has got pretty long now and some of the useful info is well lost somewhere and I'm not up for going through all the pages again. Hopefully some people can help.

How many fish oil tablets do people take per day?

Does anyone use a recovery drink? If so, when and which one?

I'm sure I'll have a few more questions along the way. I know I need to head to the supermarket to get the nutritional values from a lot of foods

I'm finding i'm losing a lot of fat and gaining muscle in loads of places on my body. Like I'll accidently grab a bit of my body (for example scratching my upper back) and there's nothing soft, i just feel hard muscle

Looking forward to the results after 90 days... at this rate I will be in bloody good shape.

Bear with me here because I may be missing something and being stupid. I have figured out my nutrition level from their equation and I am a level 1. This basically equated to me needing a daily calorie intake of 1800 calories.

Now this is where I'm confused! I have added up all the average calories for the suggested portions for phase 1 and they come to 1510 calories.

Is there a clean way of upping my calorie intake by 300 calories?

There's no way I'm gonna be able to stick to the food they're suggesting, I don't really have a choice when I'm out because I'm either on a lunch break at uni, or a lunch break at work =/ Is there any possible way I can just eat sandwiches everyday for lunch and it work?

Not really, bread isnt really on this in the first phase.

Its not hard to take something made up, or to have a salad, or anything like that.

I figured salads would be an option, anything else? Don't fancy a salad everyday. I wanna try and sort a day by day diet before I start the program. I'm so used to eating what I want, when I want so if I have a plan it'll be easier for me to follow.

tbh for the first phase you're really limited to salad or veg plus meat.
