yes good progress just be sure not to have a WHAM bar in your back pocket when you drive it to upset that screw/rivet weight saving

Could save nearly 16g more by removing two of the wing bolts on each wing, only three are needed
Plus cut that bolt to length on the oil cooler bracket, no need for all that exposed thread, far too heavy

Oh, and the headlights are now rivnutted and caphead bolted in, the wiper assembly is held in with the same lightweight bolts, the oil cooler mounts are rivnutted to the car and the radiator support brackets have been cleaned up.

Cambelt is half on, the 2 small rollers are mounted, and the tensioner is being modified.

I'm sure there was more, but I was busy helping attatch something to a really cool car which is better than broster's.

mark just driving naked would save more than all the bolts together

stu, everything is available from jam-sport.

rcs, at the moment i will be using only 4 injectors, but there is half a plan to run 8, the ecu will be specc'd to run the 8, but i need to look into if its actually worth it

drive shafts rebuilt and fitted, sump removed and modified to clear the inner cv joint, massive ball ache
