Thanks lads, but whatever way im going to pay 1500 on a 1.2 :/ Just my circumstances are annoying! Craig ive just added them and waiting for a call back with a couple of other companies but it doesnt usually make much of a difference with specialist companies :/

Well in. Just ignore what everyones said about paying that much for insurance. Its your money and car. I personally wouldnt but thats because ive been in your position and paid silly money(1600) for my old let and ive grown older and wiser, and dont want to pay more a year than the cars worth. But as i say thats my opinion.

Thanks lads! £3600 was the cheapest i could get in it! Yer i know its alot and in the future il regret it but when im older a. i dont really want to be driving a corsa and b. i dont have any commitments in life at the moment!

If it makes you feel any better, a lad at my college has just started driving, he's 17, paying nearly £7000 on a 58 Plate 1.2 Clio! 
That's loads compared to the £700 I'm paying on my Cooper S. (I'm nearly 22 though)

£3600 holy fuck  , it's not worth it Chris, XEs are fun but no where near £3600 fun , after a week of thrashing it about you'll realise its not worth 3.5k

Only took it out last night! Just washed it for the first time in 4 and a half months! Runs well slightly lumpy but i dont know whether thats just how they run? Its onlyu when doing like 30 in 5th so could just me not used to the revs and stuff haha! and tapping does stop when it warms up like you said so all good! No complaints dazza Although will certainly have to order some sump bolts to do gasket and stop that leak

Not sure why it would run lumpy in 5th, do you mean drives lumpy or sounds lumpy?
Yeah tapping does go but I'd get the oil changed as soon as you can yeah sorry about those bolts
