I think i'm gonna have to drop the amount of work outs i do a week down...
6 days is a lot of days to give up, and I've got a lot of project work on at the moment requiring me to work out of hours... Also quite a few things i need to personally be learning / doing software development wise...
I'm thinking of dropping to about 3 / 4 days a week...
Yoga instantly can fuck off.
I'm thinking...
Chest + Arms + Ab ripper X
Plyometrics / Kempo X + Ab Ripper X
Sholders + Back + Ab Ripper X
... then on any other spare days try to do another thing of cardio?
The problem I'm finding is I'm staying up till 2-3am because I need to do things other than p90x, and by the time I finish p90x, have dinner and wash it's then 10 ish pm.

If I were you Id do the non-cardio days inc. ab-ripper and then fit in the cardio as and when you can around that.

Yeah thats true... i may just try that.
I actually find i have more time for cardio at the weekend, which is actually where my rest days are at the moment.

How can you possibly want bodyfat :/ the idea is to be lean isnt it
Im down to 16.3% (measured by calipers)
I dread to think what i was when i started. Time for the gym in a min, hoping to crack the 100kg deadlift tonight

Mine was just under 16% when I started, measured using callipers. No idea what it is now as havent measured it yet.

Its gonna take a while for me to get there. just under 1% in 4 weeks, be happy to lose another 1% in 8 weeks now lol.
Putting on weight now, think the amount of weight im moving now is beginning to get me some real mass. Love it

Just done first day of phase 2, and
Some of those are fairly hard, but much much better than the shitty rest week Looking forward to seeing how many I can do of those exercises in 4 weeks.

Ok I'm not posting this to be ridiculed but here goes
Firstly I fully acknowledge that digital scales aren't the most accurate method of measuring body fat but I have access to two different sets, each made by a different company.
They both showed my weight to be within a couple of pounds, water retention % to be very similar but the main thing was that they showed my body fat % to be 5-6%.
I'm going to get some calipers for measuring it to, just looking for some on the net now. I know there are discrepencies with scales but two independent ones showed almost the same result

how do scales calculate body fat?
8% is ideal body fat iirc, well to show abs etc.
I fucked up tonight, got in from work, was tired, lay down for a quick nap and just woke up

The only way to properly do it is to get a physician measure it with calipers. There is no way a set of scales can give an accurate reading of bodyfat.

Id be suprised anyone who's diet isn't perfectly tailored to them would be in single figures!

Tim (pop) is like a rake though so i imagine it's low
I've managed to injure both my fucking forearms and i have no idea how, i can't lift anything, was trying to move sofas around yesterday and was struggling to lift them. Even a fecking lawnmower i have just boght i couldn't lift the box

I imagine i've been using the bodyfat calipers wrong aswell, because my stomach looks the same as the clowns on day 1 yet i got a much higher reading than 16% from the calipers

TBH I dont have a huge amount of fat anywhere else other then a beer belly, my legs for example are solid so measurement was next to nothing, same with areas on my back and arms.

I only did the measurement to the left of my stomach didnt measure anywhere else with the calipers
Just did size measurements

Ah right, you're meant to do about 7 or 8 measurements and then work out some sort of calculation to give you the %.

Didn't read that, thought mine only said the one area
Will have a look when i get in and do it again, not really started this yet because of my injury

They do only say one area on the ones i have (accu-measure).

Not true, there is hydrostatic body fat testing, which is also the best way.
