That and the fact you are not able to offer champions league football means you have to pay a premium, what a shame.

City "fan" speaking about premiums? What about the small small club premium you had to pay for years?

£40m on Santa Cruz and Lescott Sad thing being that Lescott is a pretty solid centre back who didn't get a game.

We had to shell out loads on players in the past to step up to the top level. Now you are having to do exactly the same and you all feel hard done by

BM, RM, PSG we don't really stand a chance of attracting the big names when they get involved.
Not sure why a player would choose Chelsea over Arsenal or United either unless it is purely wage driven like City.

Because Chelsea are probably going g to win the league, and both of those teams are currently in the champions league?

Agreed CL is a big thing! That's why it's so important we get back in to it this season.

Based in London, great wages, always fighting for trophies, one of the best managers out there, world class facilities, fantastic squad, a young squad. United right now are a mess, and bar last season, I can see why many would ideally pick Chelsea over Arsenal.

Real Madrid really are a horrible little football club. Like spoilt babies who chuck out their new toys when a newer one comes out a week later, and totally unnecessarily. Robinho, Sneijder, Robben, Ozil, now maybe Di Maria? You could argue none of them needed to be sold, not exactly like they were at the end of their respective careers!

Dunno, was decent in worldcup, nani isn't doing jack shit mind, not too keen that we're paying his wages for a year though, was a position we needed players in desperately though, we still need one or two world class players

Well if you could take a 'Falklands is ours and if you don't like it fuck off' type poster to OT it would be appreciated

Says everything about the current state of Utd that youve had to make such a big deal about signing a barely above average CB/LB for €20m tbh.

Nani could have been a consistent winger for us. His tricks are always 50:50, but I won't forget him making Arsenal look like amateurs.
Don't know much about Rojo, but glad we are bringing in a defender but losing a winger might come back to bite us. Least Wellshite can play on the wing if we come up short Seriously though, nice we have brought another player in but would have been better to have done so and not loaned Nani out.

Not by any means at all saying di Maria is coming as I don't believe he is. Nani going leaves us a winger short, reckon someone is lined up? Wouldn't mind cuardado
