I sold Broster the manifold, its a comp-x SBD item.
I now make and sell a very very similar item for about 1/2 the cost of that though

i got this one from dave for a nice price, which is always helpful!
i thought it was nearlyt done then i wrote the to-do list, which upset me! haha! did a bit to it the other day, going to hit it hard this week, get the rest of the suspension bits on whilst its on a ramp too.....
bought my swirl pot, which will hopefully be here monday and some harnesses off AK, so the buy list is getting smaller!

what gearbox mods are you doing/done?
ever thought of the 1800 route? more power/torque out of the box and most the x16xe bits fit too

Just thought - Would indpendant suspension work on the back? Surely it'd be as simple as cutting the middle of the rear axle out..

It would be interesting to see the lap time differences with indpendant suspension on the back...

No Quaife gearkit Warren, they're about 3 grand. Needs a silly FD to make 5th gear useable.

I know that, it's obviously going to make it handle better, but I would be curious to see how much...

i plan to get a sadev 6speed sequential some time next year, but just cant afford one right now. the car wont perform so well with the gearbox that it has, only running a 4.18 FD, was going to get a 4.53 but didnt see the point, i had the 4.18 already so didnt need to spend extra on it.
handling should be good, it was pretty spot on before, but again next year may see some changes! would make it ourselves aswell, not buy an off the shelf kit for 3k
