Just been taking a look at todays workout - Back and Biceps. Some interesting pull ups to do on this which I think are going to kill me
My arms are still feeling it from Chest, Shoulders and Tri on Monday

TBH my ankles are fucked after playing football last night, but not complaining.

tbh I never used to have a problem, but I havent played anything more than a little kick about for a few years now, so they havent taken a bit of a kicking for a while. They'll be used to it again in a few weeks.

OK, not sure if this is good or bad, but decided to throw in an extra scoop of No Xplode (4 scoops) due to me still feeling it from Monday, and after 10 mins it now feels as it my teeth are shaking in my gums

Not sure Id describe it as 'good'
Helped though, as didnt feel the pain much whilst doing the workout. Loving that back and bicep workout though, def my favourite one so far.

Had me buzzing and ripping through workouts, helps reduce fatigue so i can up intensity to the max!!!!
Back is my favourite day too, second to legs, then chest, then shoulders... god i hate shoulder training lol.

Do you really need these pre workout boosters cosmo?
I train at 4pm this week, after working in a really heavy manual job since 6am, and i never bother, never lack energy, well, i dont think i do.
Is it really worth me investing? I just have a big protein shake prior, and a big protien/malto/dextrose shake after.

also, back is my fave day by miles, i love the deadlift lol. Agree with the shoulders dizzy, i just trained them, and they kill me

Have a look at that thread Craig posted the other day, said that stuff was way better than No Xplode. Im nearing the end of my tub of that so going to buy some of it.

Ok I've noticed a slight issue. In the nutrition guide it's missing a few pages, from what I can work out it's pages 83-88.
Now here's the issue. Somewhere in those missing pages is the Phase 3 "Portion Chart" which tells you how many portions of protein, fat, fruit etc that you need.
Does anyone else have the info?
