They've had a bid in for Cuadrado for a long time. But he's openly admitted he'd rather go to Barca. The problem is, they don't want to spend the 30+ million that United have tabled, but Fiorentina won't accept any less.

Nani is too inconsistent. Had more than enough chances. Time to fuck him off permanently. We've got to be brutal now as we've got too many hanging on collecting a wage for not even playing regularly.

If Anderson could drop the weight and play regularly I'd be happy for him to stay.

Nani will always be in Ronaldo's shadow.

Jones should be a defensive midfielder

Ashley Young I will reserve judgement until I see him play in a wingback role.

Cleverley isn't the player I thought he would be, but like Young I'll see what Van Gael can do with him.

Fellaini just doesn't suit us.

Varela hasn't played for us yet and Henriquez will probably be loaned out until he is sold.

Anderson will never drop weight though. He's found the party lifestyle so that won't change.
Nani is infuriating because he can be unplayable.

Don't agree there, I think his position is and should always have been centre back

He's only young so has plenty of time to improve, but every time I've seen him at CB he's been a liability. He gives his all and throws himself in to tackles, which is fair enough. But he is too eager and makes mistakes.

He came on against valencia, albeit a friendly, and looked really good. He's just not consistent and something isn't clicking with him. Hope it changes eventually.

Scholes is really not helping by saying the things he's saying at the moment.

I think he does speak a bit of sense, but since he has retired what ever he does say seems to be quite brutal. Makes you wonder what he was thinking during his last couple of seasons with us.

I now know why he never spoke during his career
Milan in talks with Liverpool about a Balo deal. I'd love to see him back!

Balo without drama?
For all his faults, he's a rare breed of player. He can do absolutely nothing all game but produce a worldy to win.

I understand Scholes is trying to make a career as a pundit but comments like that from someone as well regarded in the game as he is only put more pressure on. Gary Neville tends to have a more diplomatic and reasoned way of saying things.

Scholes won't make it as a pundit, not on SKy or BBC anyway. He can't talk properly for starters.

Replace one mental striker with another mental striker. Imagine the t-shirts they'll have to support him when he gets his first ban
