My god he lost some body fat from his first pic to last. Although he looks like he initially weighed more than 12.5st which is what he said he was.

Just finished Chest, Shoulders and Tri before and its by far my favourite workout so far, no pull ups but a lot harder press ups and more weight work.

I'm starting this Sunday and want to know the following...

What days do you train on and what muscle groups?

What stuff have you left or added from your programs?

It's a 6/7 day a week program and works most muscles.

I've not started yet but the plan is to follow it 100% if possible and not leave anything out.

I follow the plan Mon-Sat, Sunday off. But I sometimes switch the day off from Sun to Sat. I follow the order as it puts it, as they do it that way for a reason (so your muscles can have a chance to rest and repair before being used again).

I added an extra carb to the first phase, as wanted something when I first woke up (weetabix) and then after my workout (banana), other than that Im more or less bang on it diet wise.

What I mean is what do you train on monday, tuesday, wednesday etc...

Do you do the vids in order as they appear in Quicktime? As they are 12 vids I'm assuming you pair some of them together or do you train twice on 5 of the 7 days.

Have you not got all the .pdf's that came with it? And the worksheets and timetables?

Its one workout a day for 6 days. You can take a rest day or you can do an X-Stretch on the 7th day.

If you can manage to double up any of the workouts then you're not doing them properly!!

Yeah I have weetabix first thing and usually a banana mid afternoon, after reading this thread I shall switch the carbs to a snack after my workout.

I have a protein shake + banana right after my workout. Although now Im out of phase 1 and can have more carbs I may have something like Vitargo in the shake.

I am pretty sure I have everything but I'm struggling to take it all in at once, and if I read it in stages I find myself forgetting the essentials.

All I want is to really see what other people's diet charts and workout plans are, if any of you are willing that is.

Workout plans are as they are written, when they are said to be done, not really any way to modify them and its not exactly recommended.

As for diets, I think about 5 or 6 of us have posted them in here, and then others have commented and made suggestions.

I may try this after Christmas as my knee is able to take the strain of exercise now, been doing a bit of light jogging and upto May this year I was a muscle machine, that's soon dissintegrated into thin air.

Saw someone recommend a cardio workout Tony Horton has done, called One on One Cardio Intervals.

The guy who recommended it has done P90X and P90X+ and said that this workout is by far harder than anything in P90X.

So, your task for tonight - someone find the torrent for that workout, wouldnt mind adding it in to my plan. Had a look on the few torrent sites I use and cant find a thing.

Just back in from day, ermmm....38 I think (second week in Phase 2) - Back and Biceps.

Love the bicep workouts on it but then they throw in some solid pull ups which just about kill me everytime
