Not necessarily transfer based, but Kompany needs a new agent if you believe the new deals signed in the sun, on £130k a week, while Kolarov is on £150k ?!

Balotelli can't wait! He makes everything so much more interesting.
Liverpool must think any publicity is good publicity.

I don't think Balotelli and Suarez are comparable in terms of their behaviour. Suarez has a nasty streak, Balotelli is just a big wind up merchant.
Good to see him back either way, I think he'll suit Liverpool.

Be amazing if we did get both of them. Shame Ed Woodward is the man we are relying on to do the deal so it won't happen.

Amazed the Ballotelli deal is seemingly happening, assumed it was more media shit. But apparently a £16m fee agreed. Awesome

£16m is an excellent deal considering Long went for just £4m less His spell at Milan seems to have matured him somewhat. He used to be ball greedy as hell, but 8 assists in 24 games isn't bad for a striker.

Don't even think Dive Maria is that great tbh. Better than nothing, though, for United.

Di Maria is a very good player. Not only is he a hugely talented winger, but he could rival any player with his work rate and determination.

He was immense for Madrid last season, well in the handful of games I watched him play anyway

I don't actually agree. Whilst of course he's a good player, he doesn't do it for me in the world class bracket. His stats are probably good, and he does score the odd awesome goal, it always seems a bit fleeting and not hugely consistent. Plus, he's quite a skinny fella, he'd certainly have to tougher up a bit here.

I wouldn't say he's world class either tbh. Just a very good player. The type of player to get the crowd on their feet, which they lack right now!

I dont know about consistency because I haven't watched him enough but he was definitely putting in world class level performances when I watched him play in recent times, easily.

He was a standout performer for Madrid last season, and gas an excellent amount of assists, which is the creativity United lack. I'm not saying he isn't excellent, I just think the term World Class is banded about too much.
Ronaldo
Messi
Ibra
Suarez
Iniesta
Bale?
Yaya
Thiago Silva
Neuer
The sort of players I'd consider world class.

Balotelli
As Hammer said people can't compare him to Suarez.
Biting and being racist compared to going out to buy an ironing board and coming back with quad bikes or setting fire to your house with fireworks
£16m is a bargain too
Imagine if he was English!

taarabt told rednapp that "if he thought he was bad in training he should see balotelli" which is quite a statement coming from taarabt.
Its definitely a risk, every league hes been in the team has found themselves not being able to wait to ship him off.
It may pay off but id say there is a greater chance of it not.

Redknapp is a wanker
