Nah, seriously though I have seen fellas your size put on a load of weight and muscle (in fact, mainly all they have done is just build lean muscle and size).
Have you started yet?

No I haven't started yet. The work on the house has been more important to be honest. I'm aiming to start the first Monday in January.

I'm 12st 9lbs so what's that in kilo's and whole lbs?
I was only around 10stone when I first gave this training lark a go and ended up nearly 14st adonis, but more sport and less weights meant I couldn't maintain it and I'm glad I didn't.

Cosmo - I eat loads but it's not as healthy as it could be. This is where the nutrition plan will really help. There's a lot of snacks that I'd be better off without.

Thats good then, as I know when Ive been reading a lot of skinny guys like you have said they struggle to eat a lot as the plan makes them do. If you eat a lot but just dont put it on due to your crap diet (as used to be the case with me when I was younger) then when you get eating the right stuff it should go on.
BTW - do you currently do any sprt or workuts or are you just naturally like that?

Your repetitions need to be slower and heavier also.

You can try to bench press me now and if you fail I'll happily lie there.

Yup. The workouts will explain this, but if you go in knowing to really hit the heavy weights and put in just the low reps then you'll be good.

Told you all a few pages ago tim (pop) was like a rake
Tim, seriously you dont want to go anywhere near phase 1 of the diet, stick to phase 2 and maybe add more food, need to bulk first

Yeah, agreed with sticking to Phase 2 diet, decent amount of carbs and a huge amount of protein.
Nail the workouts too and you'll put it on.

At the moment I don't do much sport at all. At the start of the year I was running a lot and did a half marathon. My weight didn't fluctuate then either
All being well I'll put some weight on, that's the plan anyway.

I'll definately be starting on phase 2. "Fat Shredder" isn't needed here. The old 6 pack should show nicely once I get going.

Yeah you'll be good as you build up as you have no fat as it is.
Going to look forward to your progress pics. I'll be not far off starting my second round by then.
