If this turned out to be our only piece of business I would be happy. But SAF doesn't seem to like ze Germans and that article has no quotes to substantiate it. He is VFM too if you get him for £12m so that old excuse cant be used. Just have to wait and see.

Must have been matt, i haven't mentioned Ozil this year, personally i think the best player ot of that Germany squad was Muller, but he's not signable at the minute
I don't think we'll sign anyone, this keeper keeps getting mentioned, wouldn't mind signing a keeper because Amos is too young yet and ketchup is scared of the ball, if van der sar gets injured we're in a bit of trouble i think
The more i look at hernandez, and even macheda, makes me think we don't need a striker, macheda is stilll only 18  seems like he's been around ages.
They have bright futures i think, would like us to sign a playmaker though, i would be happy if he just gave Anderson a run of games when he's back from injury but i dont think he will, if he leaves him out the 25 man squad i think we'll sell him which will be

Rooney will get injured at some point. Hernandez will step up to the mark when he does... I hope I haven't rated Macheda all that much but like you say he is only 18 so he might make it yet.

He doesn't really have any competition for number 1 shirt now though, James is past it, can't see Green playing in the euros in 2 years, so it's Hart's really, unless someone appears from nowhere
