Have you read the previous page lol?

Todays performance took any excitement I had out of anything mind. Suppose it was mainly the reserves again though.

Man United have major problems that are numerous and a vastly over-inflated fee paid for DiMaria only solves 1 of them.

He is a quality player that had his best season, by an absolute country mile, last season. They better hope that wasn't a one off.

Blind is a good player, but could be a strange buy. He is very similar to Rojo.
De Jong was excellent for City. Was very surprised they sold him. He's a great enforcer.

Fucking 64 million. If that dopey cunt Woodward hadn't gone shouting his chops off that would be 20 million cheaper.

De Jong is a fucking fruit loop and someone Man United needs. Very strong and aggressive. I think he's brilliant.

It's an insane amount. Makes the Willian signing look shroud at my lot - what the fuck is up with the market over the past 1/2 years?! It's gone fucking crazy! When's it going to end?! Fucking FFP is doing a lot, also as for Dive Maria, he's a good player, but not truly world class, not for me. His assist rate is superb, though, yet, 4 goals for last season? Pretty shocking. Man United have spent a fair fucking amount the last year or so and they still haven't fundamentally sorted their side out

His assist rate is brilliant because he just had to pass the ball to Rinaldo, or Bale, or even Benzema, I'm sure that made his life a fair bit easier!

No idea why my phone autocorrect to Rinaldo. Ronaldo

I see LVG name dropping Vidal like he did with Di Maria yesterday.

I do not think it means we will get him though.

Yeah but he also name dropped Ronaldo when he named dropped Di Maria

I just hope hes slowly preparing us for 433 because the players look lost with 352, all over the place no one knows where to be or who to pass to

Considering Jones is shit, Rafael isn't far behind, Rojo's best position is full back by far and Shaw is an 18 year old prospect...

That won't be United's back 4 for anything other than a one off game.

Jones has been the only player playing semi well so far.

He needs properly allowing to settle into a CB role and I think he will do well there.

Rojo plays there for Sporting so imagine thats where he will be played, still no real idea of his general form in that position, and neither do you...sporting fan on red cafe seems to rate him in that position though.

Shaw should be ok, regardless of him being 18.

IMO thats our strongest back 4 line up we currently have, whats the alternative? Blackett?

The fact that there is no alternative should send alarm bells ringing. Di Maria is a good acquisition, but the key areas are still lacking.

I think you need to give him a chance in CB role, thats where he played (well) for blackburn, and has been decent in games I have seen him play there.

Trouble is hes been switched backwards and forwards in midfield too much therefore has had ropey form.

So Di Maria is worth as much as Suarez then? Woodward is the worst thing to happen to Man Utd
