that was quick, took a good 4-5 months before the guy admitted fault at my crash even tho i had a witness, dont think he would have admitted fault if it wasnt for my witness. After I got excess money back, compensation and letter from my solicitor saying they had admitted fault it took me another 4 months to convince norwich union that the other guy had admitted fault to get my ncb back, in the end i had to send copies of all my solicitors letters.

well i already had texts on my phone of him admitting fault so he couldnt really get out of it besides as my solitor said, i was stationary at a roundabout, he hit me at some speed, was no way of him trying to get out of the blaim!
