You see, that's what I think Billing's problem is, it's a show and shine event for people who don't drive their cars, lol. That's what's great about PVS; you see stands with a mixture of cars and everyone feels like their welcome.

Thanks for your wonderful input there Rob. In the absence of any actual facts, I would prefer if you actually stopped to consider the implications of such comments.
To sum up Olys comments, yes Billing would be an excellent show to attend, the standard is very high and it is something to aspire to. Yes, we would have to be selective but I've personally no objection to telling someone that their car isn't show standard. Its either tidy, presentable and interesting or its not. Its not a money thing, its a take some pride in your car, don't stick on tatty crap and take some time over cleaning it in the time leading up to the event. Some of the Donny cars clearly didn't give the previous much thought.
For the record, here is a selection of cars representing CS in 2000.
Those people who drove there cars there and polished them when they arrived, had a good day.

Do I get a gold star for such a excellent suggestion, I can help with planning if you like? I have little else to do.

I was dissapointed in donny i general. It seemed like they couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery putting it kindly.
The stand was in a ridiculous place to start as has already been said. The place it ended up was a vast improvement but still tucked away in the furthest away corner.
The turn out for corsasport was very poor
The price being charged was a silly high amount for a poorly organised event.
It was impossibile to keep cars clean. mine was washed and cleaned on the saturday morning and was filthy within an hour.
As someone has already said there was far to many stages
In general i just think it was a very poor car show.

I've read reports on a lot of forums and all but one have said that Donny this year was diabolical to the extent that next year they won't be attending again.

It is true Edd, the show nearly did'nt go ahead on Saturday, the Police had cordoned off the area on the campsite.
