There is an apostrophe in Can't. And new sentences start with a capital letter. And end with a full stop. It is not difficult, if it was, I wouldn't be teaching it to six year olds.

You should know that it's bad grammar to start a sentence with 'and' then

That is old opinion. I've had a hard day! In all seriousness, the only sentence starter no-no now, according to the curriculum is 'but' unless used in conversation.

I don't think it needs to be perfect, just not RUBBISH.

If its so bad that people need telling, it must be pretty bad. I also think that the people who are told should say 'thanks, I'll fix that', not 'its ok i cant spell anyway and i dont want to try'.

CalireF you are doing some sort of BSc iirc.

How do you get away with that.

I know if I handed in anything close to the rubbish you type it wouldn't be tolerated.

Was in place of were.

As Ian has said, saying you can't spell doesn't make up for it.

I not the most amazing at spelling either but i'm not an idiot.
