Your site rules - I posted those links to you in a U2U to prove my point that they are not very clear! To me it sounded like repeat posts would be deleted, not the user The car was 'for sale'. You cannot reply to your own post, so i'm assuming Fiona made a new post to state the car was now on EBAY!
These were all assumptions because YOU handed out a heavy handed ban for a weak reason, without telling the parties involved why! Good Stuff

Can you give a bit more detail please, which rule? Do you not think that a little harsh and to be honest.... plain fucking stupid? Should users not be told why they are banned, or at least be given some indication of wrong doing and a chance to rectify?
The site seems to be focussed on a set of anal rules over anthing else.

only thing anal about our rules are when people talk shite and claim they never realised they were reposting their item or that they "forget" they already posted it or claim they are reposting due to time wasters or cos "its now on ebay"
we dont need to tell people why they got banned. simple answer is cos they ignored the rules.
