Just a little update, 2008 not to good a year but still had some laughs and beat a few cars along the way. Old engine now stripped and sold new being built by Bill Falconer hoping to see around 190 at the flywheel. Going to solid lifters, billet flywheel and forged pistons reving to 8000 rpm.

Removed bulkhead at rear to allow for longer trumpets which should up the torque. Car should be ready for Jan 2009 going to have a go at ANCC Kent tarmac championship.

Starting to fit new Bill Falconer motor, not just a straight swap as im using his breather which is quite trick, moving fire ex nozzles and fitting a fuel filter.

Now on solid lifters and forged pistons will be revving to 8000 rpm.

Got a ITG sausage filter on order and fitted 90mm trumpets looking forward to seeing what bhp and torque i get.

Lol. I'm not going for a huge spec! Just a standard rebuild with ARPs, lightened and balanced bottom end and a set of JRE Cams!! Can't afford to anymore yet...
