Trimming the A-B-C pillars to match is a nice touch, quite an easy job too.

Haven't had the balls to do my head lining yet, can't wait for pics, may inspire me to do mine

Excellent thread, 7OMM's old interior is stunning, I thought someone near me had bought it.

mine was a 1999 with a single peice seat and i put a sri interior in from a 1995 car with a single peice seat

rear brackets were totally different and would have involved welding so i swapped the cusion over

but

if you put a pre 97 split seat in a post 97 single peice car it will be easier to get a post 97 seat and swap the cusions over then bolt in the extra bracket where the seat splits

Hello,

Been a while since i last posted due to a few factors,
had to have a break from spending so long on it, needed to save for some new parts, and someone made a very tempting offer and had to condider my options, decided to keep though and press on

quite a lot been done since the last posting,

Firstly i recived this nice intercooler for my birthday which was a great suprise....

Ive had the rear quater windows installed,

windscreen to follow this week as its has to be back on wheels for this to happen which it nearly is,
The rear axel and suspention was fitted along with some new rear discs,Drilled and grooved, and new wheel bearings....

Then a kind mate lent me these to put on it for now, a set will arrive soon of my own....

rear number plate installed

new plug cover

then tured my attention to the interior and finished that off
firstly the retrimed interior panels and headliner were fitted,Very black!ha
then the split rear bench conversion, next one of the front seats and subframes were put in,
its realy getting there now and coming together nicly.....

the retrimmer having a look at her handywork!ha

started to assemle the shafts and suspention so that the front wheels can go on then got tired, will carry on tomorow,

enjoy people
