he doesnt want to though
Im guessing more has gone on behind the scenes rather than just not being first choice, as I seriously doubt he is going to come to us and walk into the team unless Riise hits a run of bad form.

TBH in the two games this season he has played left wing with Arbeloa at LB so their could be space for Heinze.

The FA rule in............United favour!
Said that although the letter he got from United does mean he can leave them, it doent state that they DEF have to sell if a bid of £6.8m is lodged. Also looking at united transfer policy the FA assumed that they also meant only with International clubs.
Should make for an interesting atmosphere at United for him now

Lyon are a sinking ship even Anelka is refusing to join them
Barcelona have Silvinho and Abidal and Madrid have signed Drenthe and they have another young Brazilian i forget the name of. I can see him staying SAF certainly can as well.

fucking argentinian bastard, wasted all his time fighting for nothing
As i said, i personally dont care, would sooner have evra, hope he leaves now, fergie should let him rot in the reserves for two years if he doesnt, and ruin his career

Has said he intendeds to appeal, although United would have 14days to respond after any appeal so would take it past the transfer deadline.
Heinze wants to be the next Bosman in changing the way the transfer market works

Heinze wants to be the next Bosman in changing the way the transfer market works
So he either has the choice, realise he is a cunt and leave to go abroad, and continue his career
Appeal, wait till after the deadline for it to be heard, fester in the reserves for 5 months, then go abroad after failing his appeal
Or, fester in the reserves at united ruining the rest of his club/international career and leave on a free

Yep....unless he wins the appeal and/or takes it further in the courts like a few players have in the last few years and argue its illegal for them to stop him being employed by any club he wishes to join.
