The Newport Pagnell services are just after Junction 14. This means it will take about 20mins tops to get to the Holiday Inn at Junction 15 iirc.
I recommend meeting at Newport Pagnell services at 5:15am, ready to leave no later than 5:25am.
Obviously people that have done this before will know better

The most sense would be someone who has driven the distance before, therefore will know times. All I know, is you'll need 20mins tops from Newport Pagnell services to the hotel

I don't have sat nav and havnt been there before so im probably not the best What about someone with two in the car so they can put their heads together and make a good job of it.
Although the hotel is only off of the M1 isnt it so i cant be too hard.

I guess living north of the SE border has helped me this time 45mins to NP from SM is probably about right, depending on what speed you travel. There are still roadworks at Luton as far as I'm aware though. . .still, 45mins will be plenty.
There is a hotel near where I'll be driving by, about 30mins from NP if people have the money to stay there, and I know the way. . .
