nope probably about 290ish the 2.5" exhaust limits it alot, idealy i need 3".
the supercharger is going to be working over time to produce about 310ish bhp, but it will all be very safe..
i could if wanted holt on a harrop and be safe up to over 550bhp

i need 308's to fit under my 16's and since you run 17's its good for us both

Update :
This is a BIG update!
Picked up the car from MK on the 23/11/10 and had a good long chat, i heard the car running and oh did it sound nice the larger pistons really made it sound deeper. So i set off home and for 170 miles changing from motorway to back roads so i wasnt constantly sat at x rpm.
got home about 1am i think, locked car smiled (as you do) and went inside.
Woke up the next morning and turned the car on and heard a ticking noise, without much choice i drove it to work and it was fine. After work i started it and it just sounded the same, id spoken to the engine builder who said it could quite possibly be piston slap, but he hadnt heard the noise, so i thought id get home and investigate the noise. 1/2 way home the engine died and i had to get towed home.
took the cam cover off and saw this...
i looked down the spark plug hole and sure enough i could see the valve.
My cousin was kind enough to let me store the car and work on it in his garage and i removed the head and discovered what really happened.
The spring retainers
The head
the piston and block
rockers, retainers and lifters
so.. what happened! well..
the new retainers where tapered where the original ones where flat and the gap between the face of the retainer and the top of the valve where different.
because of this difference when the valves were at full stroke the rockers grooved into the retainers and here you can see why
New kit
old kit
I spoke to the guy i got the parts from in america and he spoke to the manufacturers and they are adament that the retainers were perfectly fine for use, so there was some arguments thrown around here and there and finally after 8 weeks we have an answer. They have replaced the entire valve train apart from my springs as they are fine and the guy i got the parts from has replaced the rod and piston..
So who was at fault, well i still believe that supertech who manufactured the valvetrain are, because my rockers are standard albeit a bit bigger than any other ive seen but you can obviously see there is a huge difference between the two, and since my phonecall they have altered the design of the retainers and put a notice in with every kit to make sure there is enough room between the retainer and the rocker.
Here is my valve
I have bough a new block (£25) and a new head (£150) complete with new valves and i will need to buy another head gasket plus oils and antifreeze etc. the re-bore and head work will be about £200 and the guy who built the engine is coming up here, staying in a hotel and re-building it for me over a weekend, obviously ill be helping this time.
so at the moment ive not driven the car for nearly 12 weeks

Also, ive just ordered a new uprated clutch to deal with the extra power and a new slave cylinder,
im ordering these seats next week
once the engine is re-built i can get it run in and back to courtenays for its final map. Im going to get VXR injectors and a smaller pulley so it 'should' be a 100% reliable 290bhp and i can drive it however the hell i want and nothing should break.
