Can remember having a bump in my corsa 2600 quids worth of damage.

The underwriter said no payout because of exhaust and filter.

Lucky though as it wasnt my fault so claimed off the other guys insurance needless to say i never took the risk of not disclosing mods again

Ultimately, they will try and refuse claims on any grounds they see fit. If you want to be at risk of doing that, carry on.

Everyone who doesnt declare mods (inc some of my mates ) say its ok cause they arnt going to crash yeah, everyone knows when they plan to crash.

But

One day, everyones luck runs out Just bear that in mind

Im all declared so when my luck runs out ill be fine Just hope it isnt an uninsured individual i possibly hit.

I don't care what Hamish said, as i'm going to call Quinn about my exhaust tomorrow morning. But i'm near Bed police hq and never had any problems from them yet.

Why would you have?

They'll just check that you have a policy attatched to the car, not if you've declared mods on it.
