Not sure if I'm missing something - but £10k for a 2002 car?
Is this the VW equivalent to a £3k Corsa GSi?

Another VW friend has just said she thought it was exp... I thought it was very reaosnable consideirng the mileage, condition etc

Yeah pretty much, VW friend just said she wouldnt pay above £9k but £9k gets you a high miler and not in as good condition as this one

the later wheels when replaced under warrenty were a diffrent finish tom

Yeah the wheels were done a few months ago I think... he said he applys some special zymol polish to them that helps them look super shiny anyhoo

See the local one has had the cambelt change BUT has 10k miles on the other... theres not mcuh to say either way really but the first bloke seemed really into his veedubs which is good

the wheels with the car are like a shadow chrome finish, which fucks up, the replacment wheels are just sliver

if you really needed you oul drop the car down here and spend a few hours etc at bluewater and get the belt done cheap
