My father pays about £100 a year insurance on his vectra,

And what car is it anything over 1.5 is £200 a year in tax.

More than likely pays insurance monthly.even id stuggle getting £200 from somewhere.

This is a modified car tho which means insurance will be more

Using probability the chances are its a young male driver so insurance again will be more

Fair point insurance is monthly and tax is a lump sum every 6 months/year but that still isnt a valid reason not to have it. After all it is the law.

And you obey every law?

Paying tax so the goverment can waste it on olympic stadiums etc

If every penny went back into roads,i wouldnt complain.but not even 25% does.

And saying its the law,its the law that causes the problem.

whats cheaper an £80 fine that you can pay a pound a week on,or £200 lump sum?

People cheer at people when they dont pay theyre council tax because they think its to much, but because its a car its diffrent?

As I said earlier, ive paid out some serious cash to have a car, why should someone else get away with it?

Your starting to sound stupid with alot of those comments in all honesty.

How am i being stupid what ive said is right its cheaper to drive illegally,if the goverment stung illegal drivers with huge fines it would change things im sure?

My comment on where the money is spent isnt stupid?

and your saying in your whole life youve never broken a law?

and people who dont pay their council tax because they dont agree with the cost of it are classed as heroes.

But dont pay the tax on your car and your scum?

All my points are valid

Id like to know how youd react to your car being written off by an uninsured driver?

You're just contributing to this thread to get people to argue with you, as i really can't imagine anyone believing that post, if you read it again i'm sure you can see you dont make sense

As Ryan says, 100quid tax, 1000quid insurance, you know just as well as everyone else in this thread, he most likely doesn't have insurance either if he doesn't have tax

Not all insurers do this tho, for others they have to either pay for repairs themselves or pay extra on there premium. Rather selfish of an attitude you have really. As long as you ok.

Im sorry but in this day and age people only care about themselves.if it doesnt affect me why would i care?

And the insurance gave me more than what i payed for the car and let me keep it which i stripped and made more money.

So he done me a favour tbh.

Tbh my car would cost a fair amount more to repair, so if he hit mine without insurance i would have to pay out to get it fixed or lose my NCB which id rather not do.

Did the crash by chance end up with you hitting your head?

Also because of the claim you made this means insurance for the rest of us, including yourself, goes up. As the insurer has had to pay out. Which is another reason that people like this annoy me.

No cars with airbags generally stop you from hitting your head

So your angry you have to pay more on insurance rather than be ripped off on what you pay in tax?

This country pays more in tax each year than any other country in the world, even americans are better off than us when its comes to being taxed

Maybe the goverment should get tougher on illegal drivers dont you think?

It annoys me that my insurance is higher because of idiots who dont get insurance yes.

And I agree the government should be tougher on illegal drivers. Which is why reporting this muppet seems a good idea does it not?
