i have a very similar one of these powerbox's fitted to my 1.6 16v also with powerflow manifold and a full s/s system would it be wise to uprate my injectors?
they sound like they're working overtime.
has anyone done this when fitting these?

byrnie- You probably could change the injectors but dont know how much difference it would make, I just have the standard ones on mine and they seem fine. Maybe just think about getting the injectors paofessionally cleaned so they are producing a good spray pattern.
mark- I am waiting for payment on the last one I have and have given him until friday to settle up. If I dont receive the payment by then I will offer it over to you on Saturday

very good mod these are, they literally wont make any difference to fuel economy unless you stay above 5k all the time lol.
do not change the injectors it will fuel even worse than before. at worst put some grey c16xe injectors in (ever so slightly larger) otherwise you will need a re-map or atleast an adjustable fuel pressure reg to get it running ok..
i fitted Corsa_Quadz inet the same day he received it, took around 2hours start to finish. still not had any cash off him so what do u guys reckon he should give me for fitting the manifold??
i've seen people selling these manifolds and asking for £100+ for fitting...

yeah good shout lol. me and a friend done alot of work to our c16xe's had 138bhp from mine and my mate had 145bhp. both on std managment ( std map and std injectors)

Unfortunately the C20XE is a totally different design and the only reason this simple mod works is because vauxhall restricted the X14/X16 and C16 with the inlet manifold, sorry!
