If you're arriving on Saturday get there any time after about 2 and we should have the camping area set up and clearly marked. Look for a van and flags.
You park near where you camp on the Saturday night.
Sunday morning you then drive over to the stand around 7am.
If you are arriving Sunday aim to arrive before 8 to ensure you don't queue at the entrance. Arriving together and prompt greatly simplifies the job of the staff who will be on the stand directing cars to their parking places.
Latecomers cannot be guaranteed a place and you may cock up our lovely straight lines arranged by colour if you are doing it later with no guidance.

5am, no problem. People stop bouncing there cars of the limiters (from cold) at around 4am, then it starts again at 4.30. Just enough time to s,s & s and then roll on to the stand. LOL.

That's why I always end up at the back plus the useless nature of our usual convoy leaders  Nope but I'm looking at getting a refurb Bosch one in time for PVS, may even take it up the strip

very important, so its big, as 4 of us trying to get 70 of you to park is a badger
The people that will be doing this are more than likely to be the a-team of Ian, Willay, Myself and Vegas Phil + who ever we rope in to help (ste, ians bro etc etc hopefully)
we will all have badges on, and look very grumpy as we have slept in a field
people know we make a massive effort to make the stand work, so bear with us whilst we make you reverse 100 times to get the car sitting properly
