got bored of the very tatty 12v valve head so decided to give it a good polish. its no where near finished but thought id post some progress pics, sorry no before pics as i never thought about it till i was half way through









probably not to everyones taste but i dont care

looking good! get some ultra fine wet & dry then finish it off with some buffing & a metal polish .. bling bling

Good work on the polishing mate!

Good on you for being different - the graphics and spoiler etc are growing on me!

Smoked side repeaters are needed though!

wow luke that has come up mint top work there mate, was 100% worth the hard graft

Crystal headlights or Depo's needed on the front too btw - rears look fine.

Also, if the head starts to rust / oxidise, get yourself some Britemax metal polish / sealant from i4detailing.

good work mate. nice set of smoked sides repeaters . great job on the polished head . what did you use? metal polish and a bita elbow grease? ... an a set od silver speedlines would set that off matey. Good work tho keep it up

it was a mixture of wet and dry, autosol and wire wool and a tooth brush to get into the really awkward (sp) places, and then finely thing that goes on the end of a drill to give it the final shine

nice work mate, i did a simular thing to my 1 litre.... got boring v.quickly so gave up haha. 100% for the effort though!
