My current routine is
Monday - Thai boxing
Tuesday - Chest/biceps
Wednesday - Thai boxing
Thursday - Back/traps
Friday - Shoulders/triceps
Saturday - Thai boxing
Sunday - Legs
To be honest just listen to your body, i train 7 days a week and for some people they would burn out with my routine due to over training but my diet is spot on and im getting enough rest for my body to recover and repair. Thai boxing sessions are 1hr 30 mins and at the gym i'll do my specific workout then finish off with 30 mins cardio.

I'm back to the gym this weekend, had to take a month off due to having a bad case of the lovely farmer giles (piles).
I predict they'll be back next week once i've got back to squating and leg press, good times..... not. I've had them come and go for the past year, doctor said its because of the weights i'm doing, but there's no chance in stopping so i have to live with it
Can't wait to get back though, i'm currently sitting at
5ft 11", 210lbs, 33" waist, Chest 44-46" (was 46 back in nov, i'm guessing its gone down a bit, well not guessing i know it has)
Looking to get down to 198-200lbs, so i'm not "ripped" but abs show without flexing, ready for Summer. I'm starting now because i'm not as serious as i used to be, so i'm doing it slowly and not restricting myself to much to what i can and can't eat. I'm not ready for going back to those days yet.
Hopefully should be about 30-31" waist, at 200

Diet is a little OTT with tin tuna. Be weary of mercury contents etc
Also training far too much.
3 days a week pairing up muscle groups with rests days inbetween. You seem heavily into supliments I would train with a good diet untill you hit a plateau then hit the supliments

Mercury poisoning is such a bullshit scare monger, you'd need to eat ALOT of tuna to get poisoning from tinned tuna.

Without readng through all the crap to the OT you need to re-structure your meals somewhat. your eating the wrong combinations of fat/carbs at the wrong times of the day. Ideally you want your surplus carb intake in the morings and your fatty meals in the evenings. do not mix carbs and fats together - you will get an insulin spike and your body will just pack fat on. You need to get some casein proten shake or cottage cheese to have before bed too - dont eat carbs before bed. eat them in the morning and around your training time.
As for your training regime, your doing it wrong - isolated exercises never got anyone big quickly - do moves such as squats, deadlifts, close grip pullups etc more than just isolated moves. You could do with an extra mid week rest day too.
